ITBF was founded in 1969.

ITBF was founded by engineer Bengt Fridh. His son, Per-Olof, was involved in the company from an early stage and has been the CEO since 1997. In 2023, ITBF was acquired by the Swedish company INIVI.

We have departments for mechanical, electrical and control system design. Manufacturing work shops for mechanical, electrical, control, ceramic insulation and manufacturing of burner tiles.
